  • What is your jewellery made of?
    Please read the product descriptions carefully as the specifications are always listed, including the exact materials/metals used. Alternatively, you are always welcome to contact us with any questions you may have about our items!
  • I am allergic to some metals, can I wear your jewellery?"
    The majority of our jewellery is made of stainless steel that is gold or silver plated and is lead, nickel and cadmium free! However, please make sure you read our product descriptions and specifications carefully for your own safety. We do not accept refunds or returns for hygiene reasons. Alternatively, you can always send us an email angjelstore@hotmail.com or DM us on Instagram @angjesltore and we can inform you of the materials/metals used in specific items!
  • How do I take care of my jewellery?
    We are proud to provide quality jewellery at affordable prices however, please aim to follow our maintenance advice to help your jewellery last as long as possible and maintain to its best standard. Maintenance: - Keep away from liquids such as water, perfume, lotions, cleaning products etc. - Take off when sleeping - Clean with a soft cloth - Avoid friction - If allergy exists, please stop wearing Please be aware that Gold or Silver plated jewellery items will tarnish over time, especially if you shower or immerse the item under water for long periods of time as this can cause the gold or silver plating layer to completely wear off.
  • Do you have a gift box/gift wrap option?
    All of our items are packed onto a display card & sealed with a plastic cover. They are then placed in a branded jewellery pouch and come with a polishing cloth, meaning all orders are ready to gift. We do not offer gift box options.
  • I live in the UK, how long does delivery take?"
    Expected delivery is 1-7 working days however due to the current situation with COVID-19, please understand that there may be delays of up to 14 working days. Please visit our Shipping Policy for more information.
  • I live outside of the UK, how long does delivery take?"
    Expected delivery is 7-14 working days however due to the current situation with COVID-19, please understand that there may be delays of up to 30 working days. Please visit our Shipping Policy for more information.
  • Can I cancel, return or exchange my order?"
    No. Please be aware for hygiene reasons, all of our items are non-refundable and we do not accept exchanges or returns or refunds. Once you place an order, we are unable to cancel, exchange or refund your order. This is because we begin processing & packing your order right away and it is impossible for us to cancel the shipment once the parcel is in Royal Mail’s hands! Therefore, we kindly ask you to not place orders unless you are 100% certain you want the items! Please visit our Refund and Returns Policy or Cancellation Policy for more information.
  • Is there warranty attached to my order?
    No. None of our items have any warranty attached for replacement or refunds as we always carry out a quality check before packing and shipping out your order.
  • Do I need to pay any additional fees? (International orders)
    Please read our Shipping Policy for detailed information. There is a section regarding customs, taxes and any additional costs for international orders.
